Extraction Controller for Steam Turbines

It is designed to provide control of the steam turbine extraction pressure setpoint, while executing higher priority tasks of limiting process parameters, such as turbine rotor speed, steam pressure at various points, power, steam flow, and control valves positions.

The extraction controller interacts with the steam turbine speed or process controller through signal exchanges.

As with all our turbo machinery control applications, the extraction controller is available on any IEC-61131-compliant PLC or DCS platform.
